Weekly Group Sessions

Service Description

This is a weekly one hour program designed for younger children (3-5). We will be singing, moving, using body percussion and hand percussion instruments. There may also be the occasional craft class as well! These classes are designed to prepare students (and perhaps their parents) for private lessons when age appropriate. We will also explore several other instruments such as keyboard, guitar (actually ukelele for little hands) and perhaps recorder (in preparation for woodwinds). Don't worry. The recorder is a beautiful instrument when played correctly. You will be amazed! Classes are well balanced and fast paced to keep little ones interest while they are learning! Instructor has more than 40 years experience teaching younger students in small groups in studios as well as in Elementary Schools.
